Hehe :) Well, if you want to know
1. Leap years in Hebrew (Lunar) calendar can have 13 months.
2. Financial (or fiscal) years usually do not clash with calendar years. Sometimes they have even 13 months.
If you want I can give you some references for both cases.

looooooool tja, und das 13. monatsgehalt gibt es ja schließlich auch noch ;-) außer auch der computer der gehaltsabteilung hat ein problem...
