to lie or to lie? it's just not the same...
Seeing that there were quite some heated discussions about lying in the grass, why/if people were supposed to lie with someone and later lie about it, I decided to dedicate this post to the issue.
As usual dictionary.com is my friend and helper, and for some of you hopefully this will bring order in your troubled mind wondering if your lying was of a proper and/or decent nature.

You forgot to put the definition of the word "Lay". The difference between "Lay" and "Lie" was the source of confusion.
I was telling that two people can not lay in Talvera park, unless they were laying eggs there :) People can be Lying in Talvera. Or if talking about past you can tell, someone lay in the park. Because lay is also a past form of Lie (in a horizontal position).
Please, correct me if I'm wrong
